1. Introduction

Welcome to Ashtalaxmi Interiors. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service or consultation.

2. About Us

Ashtalaxmi Interiors is an end-to-end interior solutions company established in 2011, serving residential and commercial clients across Hyderabad and Nalgonda.

We Specialize In:

3. Services

All services provided by Ashtalaxmi Interiors are subject to project requirements, site conditions, material availability, and mutual agreement between the client and the company.

Project timelines, pricing, and execution details may vary depending on:

  • Scope of work
  • Design complexity
  • Material selection
  • Site readiness
  • Client approvals

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All quotations are based on the agreed project scope.
  • Prices may vary if there are changes in design, materials, dimensions, or additional work requested by the client.
  • Advance payments are required before commencement of work.
  • Remaining payments shall be made according to the agreed project milestones.
  • Delayed payments may affect project timelines.

Payment Structure

  1. 25% of the total amount must be paid for order placement.
  2. 50% amount must be paid once materials reach the site.
  3. After token amount payment, work will be allotted within 7 to 10 days.
  4. 75% of the amount must be paid till the mid-section of the work.
  5. 90% of the amount must be paid upon work progress completion.
  6. The remaining amount must be cleared as final payment once the work is completed.

5. Work Measurements & Material Charges

  • Glass and material rates are charged as per SFT rate only.
  • SFT pricing includes handles, labour charges, hinges, and material only.
  • Work measurement and calculations are charged based on square feet (Sq. Ft.) only.
  • Edge binding works will be charged as mentioned in the quotation.
  • Electrical works, designed glass, and carving works will be charged separately based on the selected designs.
  • Estimated measurements are approximately 80% to 90% accurate only.

6. Design & Material Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Designs
  • Material selections
  • Color combinations
  • Layouts
  • Finishes

Once approved, changes requested during execution may result in additional charges and revised delivery schedules.

Re-work charges will apply based on wasted and re-used materials.

7. Project Timelines

We strive to complete every project within the committed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Material shortages
  • Vendor delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Site-related issues
  • Client approval delays
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Ashtalaxmi Interiors shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Warranty & Support

  • 06 Months free service warranty is provided for fixtures and fittings related issues.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to agreed workmanship and selected materials.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water leakage from external sources
  • Improper maintenance
  • Electrical fluctuations
  • Unauthorized modifications by third parties
  • Violation of company policies or terms
  • Damages caused by misuse or negligence

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely approvals
  • Ensure site accessibility
  • Clear pending payments on time
  • Coordinate during project execution
  • Verify all project details before final approval

10. Cancellation Policy

  • 10% of the total amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after 3 days of confirmation.
  • Project cancellations after confirmation may also result in deduction of:
    • Design charges
    • Material procurement costs
    • Site visit charges
    • Work completed up to the cancellation date

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, layouts, graphics, images, logos, and branding elements belong to Ashtalaxmi Interiors and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.

12. Third-Party Materials & Brands

Certain products or materials used may belong to third-party brands such as:

  • Asian Paints
  • Dulux
  • Nerolac
  • Indigo Paints
  • Birla Opus
  • Dr. Fixit

All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

13. Limitation of Liability

Ashtalaxmi Interiors shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss due to misuse or improper maintenance
  • Delays caused by external vendors or suppliers
  • Damages arising from unauthorized alterations

14. Privacy Policy

Client information shared with us will only be used for:

  • Communication
  • Project execution
  • Customer support

We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

15. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
